One platform for prevention

One record for every property, from the first permit to the last investigation.

Every module writes to the same property record, so an inspector sees the permit history, the last ITM report and the open fire watch before they knock on the door. Nothing is re-keyed, nothing is exported to a spreadsheet, and nothing waits on a module that was built for someone else's job.

Prevention

  • Properties: the one record every module writes to, with jurisdiction, fire flow, risk and incidents on it
  • Permits and plan review with a public portal, fee rules and online payment
  • Inspections with checklists, violations with photos, and proof of correction from the business
  • ITM reports submitted free by contractors, deficiencies tracked to closure
  • Public education events requested, scheduled and counted on the property they serve

Response readiness

  • Preplans with mapped systems, hazards and contacts on the crew's phone
  • Hydrants and flow tests with required fire flow compared to what the hydrants can deliver
  • Fire watches logged round by round, with the department told when a round is missed
  • Certifications tracked for every member before one lapses

Investigation and administration

Every feature on one page

The Priority Queue Weights page in FireInspection360: points per reason for every factor, the band floors, and a preview of how many properties would fall into High, Moderate and Low with the top of the queue and its printed reasons (sample data) See it up close

A force multiplier for prevention

Every module feeds one queue: where to inspect next, and why.

A prevention division never has enough inspectors for every occupancy on the books. The priority inspection queue reads what every module already records about a property, the OVAP risk rating, the recurring inspection that is overdue, the failed inspection nobody re-inspected, the sprinkler system tagged non-compliant, the fire watch active today, the fire calls at the address, the open code case, whether people sleep there and what it is built of, and turns it into one ranked list. Every point is a printed sentence, so the order can be defended to a chief, an owner or a council member.

  • Aggregated, not re-keyed: the facts come from the records your department already keeps in permits, inspections, ITM reports, fire watches, CAD incidents and code cases. Nothing is entered twice and nothing is stored: a changed record reprices the property on the next load.
  • Tuned by the fire marshal: every weight, the band floors and the horizons are settings, previewed against your own records before they are saved, so nobody piles the whole jurisdiction into one band unseen.
  • Honest about what it cannot see: a factor your department has no data for is labelled not available on every row, never counted as zero.
  • The same numbers feed the Community Risk Assessment: the top of the queue becomes the target hazard analysis and the band counts the community risk priorities, for accreditation.

See the queue itself

The implementation process is so easy. Our previous vendor took over a year and still never got everything set up. Your system was up and running the first week.

Why not the RMS module

Why fire marshals leave a department-wide RMS for FireInspection360.

A records system the whole department uses for everything is built for response. Dispatch, incidents and staffing get the attention; prevention gets a module, and the module gets whatever is left. We built the opposite: a platform where the permit desk, the inspector and the investigator are the whole point.

That difference shows up where it costs a bureau the most. Fee schedules the RMS cannot express, so someone types the amount. Inspection checklists that live in a spreadsheet beside the system. An investigation case that is a text box, so the report is written twice. A support ticket that waits behind a dispatch outage because dispatch matters more.

Our growth is word of mouth from fire departments, and we have never lost a customer.

A prevention module inside a monolithic RMS

  • Generic workflows that need months of customization before the first permit
  • Implementations measured in quarters, prevention last in line
  • Support tickets in a queue that serves the whole department
  • Price increases at every renewal, modules priced one by one
  • Investigations, ITM reports and fire watches left to spreadsheets

FireInspection360

  • Purpose-built for fire prevention teams, every module
  • Up and running in days, with expert-led training for the whole team
  • Support answered by the people who built it, whenever you need it
  • Transparent pricing and continuous improvements at no extra charge
  • One property record from permit to investigation, and it works with your RMS
